The Tilter is a creative template for Google Ad Manager (GAM) that adds an interactive 3D tilt effect to a standard display ad. It combines a background image with a foreground image layer to create a sense of depth, making the creative feel more dynamic and engaging when users move their cursor over the ad or interact with it on touch devices.
The template gives you control over the strength and style of the effect. You can adjust the perspective, maximum tilt angle, foreground depth, background color, and rounded corners to match the design of your campaign. An idle animation is also available to keep the banner slightly animated even when the user is not interacting with it.
The Tilter template is designed to stay lightweight while adding more visual impact than a static image banner. It works especially well for product-focused creatives where the foreground element should stand out from the background without requiring video or heavy animation.
Supported formats: images for background and foreground layers (PNG, JPG, GIF).
This template works with any Google Ad Manager version, including the free version. It can be served via size-defined ad units only.
