We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). Before purchasing a License you will be asked to supply (i) billing address, (ii) email address, (iii) credit card number and (iv) the expiration date of your credit card.

Genecy uses BraintreePayments to securely process payment and we do not store any credit card information. Credit card information is stored and processed by the BraintreePayments under their privacy policy.

We store billing information for generating invoices, products and services provision, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact and research.

Marketing

Genecy may use your contact details to send you general updates regarding Genecy news, special offers and promotions. You may at all times opt-out of receiving these updates.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a website's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, sites that may include Genecy Software Products or other sites linked from our Software Products. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies or individuals who use our Software Products.

Genecy may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate Genecy Terms & Conditions.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Genecy's Software is not directed to persons under 14. Genecy does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 14 or knowingly allow such persons to purchase the Software.
