Premium templates are production-ready rich-media formats for Google Ad Manager, with updates and technical support included according to your plan.

Our free templates (Iframer and Clipbanner) let you test how Genecy templates work before purchasing.

We don’t offer a free trial of premium templates, but you can start with our two free templates — Iframer and Clipbanner.

You can also purchase a single premium template with the Solo Template option and upgrade to an annual Library plan later.

Your license is issued to the person or company that purchases the templates.

All plans allow you to deploy purchased templates on unlimited websites through Google Ad Manager (GAM) networks you legally own.

The Agency Library also allows deployment into client-owned GAM accounts managed by the purchasing agency through MCM Manage Account.

Website support limits are separate from deployment rights. Downloaded templates can continue to be used after your subscription expires, but updates and technical support require an active plan.

Yes. All plans allow unlimited websites, GAM networks, campaigns, line items, and impressions.

For Solo Template, Creator Library, and Pro Library, templates must be deployed through GAM networks legally owned by the license purchaser.

Agency Library additionally allows deployment into client-owned GAM accounts managed through MCM Manage Account.

The number of websites covered by technical support depends on your plan, but this does not limit template usage.

Agency Library is designed for advertising agencies, publisher networks, sales houses, and AdTech companies working with multiple independent publishers.

It includes the complete premium template library, unlimited website support, and permission to deploy templates into client-owned GAM accounts managed through MCM Manage Account.

Technical support for managed publisher accounts is provided through the purchasing agency.

Yes, with Agency Library, when your clients’ GAM accounts are managed through Google Ad Manager MCM Manage Account.

This allows your agency, as the MCM parent, to install Genecy templates directly into managed child GAM accounts belonging to other companies.

Creator Library and Pro Library do not include this permission. They cover deployment through GAM networks legally owned by the license purchaser.

Templates must remain part of your managed service and cannot be redistributed or resold as standalone template packages.

No, not while using templates through your managed service. With Agency Library, you can deploy and manage Genecy templates in your clients’ GAM accounts through MCM Manage Account without requiring each publisher to purchase a separate license.

The license remains with your agency. Publisher clients do not receive an independent Genecy license and must purchase their own if they want to use the templates outside your managed service.

Yes. You can use Genecy templates to create and sell rich-media advertising campaigns to agencies and advertisers.

Agency Library also allows you to offer these formats across publisher GAM accounts managed through MCM Manage Account.

We do not charge additional fees per campaign, line item, or impression.

No. Genecy does not charge per campaign, line item, website deployment, or ad impression.

You pay for your selected template or annual Library plan. Usage remains subject to the licensing permissions included in your purchase.

Support coverage defines how many websites are eligible for our hands-on template setup and troubleshooting assistance:

• Solo Template: 1 website for 30 days.
• Creator Library: 1 website.
• Pro Library: Up to 10 websites.
• Agency Library: Unlimited websites, including managed publisher websites.

Support coverage does not limit deployment. You can use purchased templates on unlimited websites within your licensing permissions, even when those websites are not covered by technical support.

Email support covers Genecy template installation, configuration, usage, and troubleshooting.

• Solo Template: Support for 1 website for 30 days, with a response within 72 business hours.
• Creator Library: Support for 1 website, with a response within 48 business hours.
• Pro Library: Support for up to 10 websites, with a response within 24 business hours.
• Agency Library: Support for unlimited websites, with a response within 24 business hours.

For Agency-managed publisher accounts, we work directly with the purchasing agency, which coordinates with its publisher clients.

Support does not include unlimited custom development, general GAM administration, or campaign trafficking.

No. Agency Library includes guidance and technical support for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Genecy templates across your publisher network.

Your agency is responsible for deploying templates into its managed GAM accounts.

Bulk installation, managed deployment services, general GAM administration, and campaign trafficking are not included unless separately agreed.

Response times are measured in business hours, not calendar hours.

For example, a 24-business-hour response time does not necessarily mean a reply within one calendar day. Time outside our business hours is excluded from the calculation.

We aim to respond as quickly as possible, including outside business hours when available.

The custom template development credit is a yearly credit you can apply toward a custom-built Google Ad Manager creative template developed to your requirements.

• Pro Library: $200/year.
• Agency Library: $400/year.

The credit reduces the cost of custom development. It is not a standalone template or a cash payment.

Pro Library and Agency Library customers get access to newly released premium templates 30 days before they become available to other Library plans.

Early access is included with an active subscription at no additional cost.

Once the early-access period ends, the new templates become available to all active Library subscribers.

Yes. If you purchase an annual Library plan within 30 days of your most recent Solo Template purchase, we’ll credit the price of that Solo Template toward your first year.

The credit is applied at checkout. If you don’t see it, contact our support team.

You can also purchase additional Solo Templates without subscribing to a Library plan.

Yes. You can change your Library plan through Stripe at any time.

Upgrades take effect immediately, and the price difference is calculated automatically using prorated billing.

For downgrades, review the effective date and billing changes shown during the plan change process.

Yes. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time.

Your current subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period. You won’t be charged for another year after cancellation.

Downloaded templates remain yours to use under your license terms.

Yes. Templates downloaded during your active subscription can continue to be used after cancellation or expiration. You do not need to remove existing creatives from your GAM accounts simply because your subscription ends.

However, access to new downloads, template updates, technical support, Creative QA Reviews, and other subscription benefits ends when your paid subscription expires.

Your existing licensing and deployment permissions continue to apply.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Card payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Invoice payment is also available for Agency Library customers.

EUR prices exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated at checkout. Eligible EU business customers may qualify for reverse-charge treatment.

USD prices also exclude any applicable taxes.

Yes. Our Compatibility Guarantee protects premium template purchases.

If a premium template cannot be made to work on your website within 14 days after purchase, despite reasonable troubleshooting with our team, we’ll refund the eligible purchase.

Not eligible: purchases without an active or accessible Google Ad Manager account, refusal to provide reasonable troubleshooting access, or problems caused by unsupported third-party code or policy violations.
