The Carousel is a creative template for Google Ad Manager (GAM) and former DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP). It creates a banner with a carousel design, consisting of boxes of images that rotate around on a background of your choice. You can set up to twelve images and change how many visible elements (boxes) appear at once on the front level. Users can swipe or use navigation buttons to rotate the carousel.
This template supports separate click URLs for each box, customizable container padding and spacing between boxes, and auto rotation that stops automatically when a user interacts with the banner.
It supports all image formats and is compatible with any version of Google Ad Manager, including the free version. It can be served via size-defined ad units only.
