How to download a purchased custom creative template?
1. Log in to the App
Go to https://www.genecy.com/app/login/ and log in.
2. Open the “Templates” section
In the main header navigation, click Templates.
Here you will find all custom creative templates you have purchased. The orange “Download template” button will appear under each template you have access to.
3. Select the download configuration
After clicking Download template, follow the steps on the download page:
Step 1 - Configuration
- Standard - recommended for most cases.
- Customized - choose this if you want to override default values such as close button design, behavioral settings, layout options, and more.
Selecting Customized will display an additional configuration form before you can download the template.
Some templates may include an additional first step called Format (for example, the Wallpaper template). Available formats depend on your planned use case and the assets you intend to use.
Step 2 - Ad Unit Type
- Size-defined - for standard GAM size-defined ad units (1×1, 300×250, 728×90, etc.).
- Out-of-page - for GAM out-of-page ad units.
4. Download the template
Once all required selections are made, the Download Template button becomes active. Click it to download the import-ready file for Google Ad Manager.
